Founded in 1983 by Elliott W. Weinstein, MAI, Weinstein Realty Advisors, has established itself as the leader in quality and timing -- two words crucial to a client's real estate appraisal requirements.

Quality and timing are the cornerstones of Weinstein Realty Advisors' philosophy. Appraisals must be prepared with the highest quality research, analysis and conclusions. These services must also coincide with the timing requirements of the client, lending institution or anyone requiring verification as to the judgment, integrity and experience of the real estate appraiser.

Weinstein Realty provides real estate valuation services for commercial, industrial and investment properties. Creativity and imagination are special company ingredients applied to determine the best use and the corresponding market value of every property while adhering to a strict code of ethics. Every appraisal or consulting assignment is assured of meeting the Uniform Standards of Appraisal Practice (USPAP) and the ethical tenets promoted by the Appraisal Institute, of which Elliott W. Weinstein, is a member.

Our firm applies advanced research techniques and computer-assisted valuation and evaluation procedures. Our knowledge and experience provide a foundation for practical application and proper interpretation of trends affecting real estate values. We maintain easy access to the major real estate markets, able to respond wherever and whenever our appraising or consulting services are required.

Providing services relative to litigation is never a problem, either; in fact, it's one of our specialties. We are pleased to furnish arbitration or court testimony for matters pertaining to bankruptcy, condemnation, gift and estate valuation, property tax issues, acquisition, disposition, easements, right-of-way and land use.
